Hotel Accommodations:
As some of you know, our allotted rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn have all been reserved and there are no more available at that rate.
I have been talking with Fairfield Inn and Suites which will open a New Hotel on December 16th and will serve as a back up hotel if you are interested. The hotel is located about a mile from the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is new and is not on the beach. It will offer a double queen room for $89.00 + taxes and does include a breakfast.
Reservations: Reservations will not be able to be made until our hotel opens on December 16, 2008. Reservations should be individually confirmed no later than Tuesday, January 15, 2009 by calling our hotel direct (251)543-4444. Guests should identify the group as Georgia Walkers to ensure they receive the contracted group rate. Any rooms remaining in the block after the cutoff date will be returned to general inventory and sold on space and rate available basis only.
